Change of Mind
Choosing artwork is a deeply personal experience, and I encourage thoughtful selection. Due to the unique nature of each piece, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on either prints or original artworks. If you have any questions or need further information before making a purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me - i'm here to help!
Damaged Deliveries
In the rare case that your piece arrives damaged, please follow these steps for prompt resolution:
- Take clear photographs of the entire package, showing any external damage.
- Photograph the artwork itself, highlighting any damage.
- Send the photos to bethanylawrenceart@gmail.com, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Do not attempt to fix the damage. Please leave it exactly as it arrives as this will form part of the resolution and investigation into the damage.
Artwork Descriptions and Colour Variations
We provide photographs and detailed descriptions of each artwork to give you an accurate representation. However, please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to differences in device displays. We recommend considering this when making your selection, as returns based on colour variations cannot be accepted.
Lost Artwork
If your artwork does not arrive or gets lost during transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assist you in processing a refund or sending a replacement piece.
Natural Aging of Artworks
Like all fine art, my pieces are crafted to last, but they may naturally age and change over time. This aging process is not grounds for a return. If you have concerns about the care or preservation of your artwork, I'm happy to offer advice to ensure it stays in beautiful condition.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, including original pieces and prints, is protected by copyright law. The intellectual property rights to the artwork remain with the artist, Bethany Lawrence Art. Purchasers may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without explicit permission.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting. Please review it periodically for updates.
